PREGEM respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Pregem Computing Limited web sites.
Part I. Information Collection
PREGEM collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: name, company name and position, email address and telephone number.
We may also receive names and email addresses which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals. These are used to forward the referral to the third party and are not retained in our database. PREGEM does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
From time to time we may collect general data that is not personally identifiable information, such as comments on industry trends and other survey information. We collect demographic data in order to better understand customer requirements and how to contact them.
We verify the accuracy of this information through ensuring entry of key information is confirmed and, for the client area, a process of registration. User details will be verified before their registration is authorised.
We collect this information through registration forms (information which is stored in a database) and contact forms (information which is emailed to PREGEM). The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services, a valid email address is mandatory in order to confirm and authorise your registration or to respond.
We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable PREGEM to deliver customised content to users. Our cookies will expire on clicking the Log Out link or on closing the browser. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.
Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by PREGEM will be used to respond to requests in the most appropriate manner. Users who provide information will receive information about new products and services via email announcements or advertisements.
Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.
We may share data with joint development partners. These third parties will use the information to provide customer demonstration material.

Part III. Access to Information
PREGEM maintains the accuracy of our information by regular review and data cleansing. Users may ask PREGEM to provide a copy of their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Users may ask us to delete their information from our database by emailing email@example.com. Information will be deleted within five working days.

Part V. Data Storage and Security
PREGEM protects user information with the following security measures: information stored in the database about the customer is password protected. Access is available only to limited personnel within PREGEM and will not be shared with any third party unless the customer has given express permission.
